Lando Norris is a rising star in the world of Formula One racing. Born in 1999, the Belgian-British driver began his career in karting before making his way up to the MSA Formula championship in 2015. He quickly made a name for himself, winning a number of prestigious competitions including the Toyota Racing Series, Eurocup Formula Renault 2.0, and Formula Renault 2.0 Northern European Cup in 2016.
Norris joined the McLaren Young Driver Programme in 2017 and went on to win the 2017 FIA Formula 3 European Championship with Carlin Motorsport. He then moved up to the Formula 2 Carlin team, where he finished second in 2018. His impressive performances led to him being announced as a McLaren driver in 2018, alongside Carlos Sainz Jr. Norris has since gone on to achieve his first podium in Formula One at the 2020 Austrian Grand Prix and secured his best finish in the 2021 Italian Grand Prix, finishing second behind teammate Daniel Ricciardo.
