Valtteri Bottas

Valtteri Bottas is a Finnish racing driver who has made a name for himself in Formula One. He started his career in karting and progressed to single-seater championships, winning the Formula Renault Eurocup and the Formula Renault Northern European Cup in 2008. Bottas moved up to the Formula 3 Euroseries in 2009 and finished third in the championship. In 2010, he became a test driver for the Williams Formula One team, and in 2013, he joined Williams as a full-time driver.

Bottas achieved a top championship position of fourth in 2014 and finished on the podium nine times during his time with Williams. In 2017, Bottas was signed by Mercedes to replace Nico Rosberg, and he went on to contribute to five constructors championship wins for Mercedes. Bottas finished in the top three of the championship four times and won 10 races in addition to 58 podiums during his time with Mercedes. He joined Alfa Romeo for the 2022 season, looking to continue his success in Formula One.
